Aufgabengebiet

  • Aufarbeitung eines umfangreichen Backlogs von mehreren tausend Eingangsrechnungen
  • -Durchführung und Unterstützung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung
  • -Bearbeitung von Kreditoren- und Sachkontenbuchungen
  • -Abstimmung von Konten und Klärung offener Posten
  • -Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten
  • -Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchhaltung und Dokumentation
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • -Erfahrung im Umgang mit hohen Belegvolumina und Backlog-Aufarbeitung
  • -SAP S/4HANA / SAP Hana zwingend erforderlich
  • -Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Monats- und Jahresabschluss
  • -Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Schnelle Verfügbarkeit
