Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, systems, and performance metrics to support future program iterations and transitions.

Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to market the program to potential customers.

Liaise with the ISSB Education Team on the development and maintenance of all training content (slide deck and script/talking points), ancillary materials (trainer assessment, living Q&A document) and trainer assessment.
