Aufgabengebiet

  • Operative Unterstützung und Betreuung des gesamten Payroll-Prozesses
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem bestehenden In-house Payroll-/People-Team
  • -Durchführung und Unterstützung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung über DATEV
  • -Bearbeitung und Klärung von lohnsteuerlichen Fragestellungen
  • -Bearbeitung und Klärung von sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • -Ansprechpartner für payrollbezogene Themen innerhalb der People Operations
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit People Operations sowie relevanten internen Schnittstellen
  • -Unterstützung bei der Klärung und Bearbeitung von abrechnungsrelevanten Sonderfällen
  • -Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Payroll-Abwicklung
  • -Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Weiterentwicklung der Payroll-Prozesse (Nice to have)

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfahrung im Payroll-Umfeld, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Interim-/Projektrolle
  • -Sehr gute und praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in DATEV
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse im deutschen Lohnsteuerrecht
  • -Gute Kenntnisse im Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • -Verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • -Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • -Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit einem kleinen, internationalen Team
  • -Erfahrung mit Personio von Vorteil (Nice to have)
