Aufgabengebiet

  • Ganzheitliches Projektcontrolling
  • -Überwachung, Analyse und Nachverfolgung sämtlicher Projektkosten, Budgets und Investitionen
  • -Durchführung von Soll-Ist-Vergleichen sowie Identifikation von Abweichungen und Risiken
  • -Kontrolle von Bestellungen, Rechnungen, Zahlungen und offenen Verpflichtungen
  • -Sicherstellung der Transparenz über den gesamten Purchase-to-Pay-Prozess
  • -Analyse und Aufbereitung relevanter Projekt- und Finanzdaten aus SAP
  • -Enge Abstimmung mit Projektleitung, Werkmanagement und internationalen Stakeholdern
  • -Überprüfung der korrekten Zuordnung von Kostenstellen, Buchungen und Bestellungen
  • -Erstellung von Reports, Forecasts und Management-Auswertungen
  • -Unterstützung bei Investitionsentscheidungen sowie der kaufmännischen Begleitung von Projektmaßnahmen
  • -Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit den Verantwortlichen im Werk zur laufenden Steuerung und Bestandsaufnahme des Projekts

Anforderungsprofil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektcontrolling, Investitionscontrolling oder Werkscontrolling
  • -Fundiertes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Finanz- und Investitionsprozessen
  • -Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Eigenständigkeit
  • -Erfahrung in der Steuerung von CapEx- bzw. Industrialisierungsprojekten von Vorteil
  • -Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 sowie Excel
  • -Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern zu steuern
  • -Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
