JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Executes daily and weekly maintenance activities, such as, machine set up, change device, conversion, and qualification (LM).
• •Executes Preventive Maintenance activities, (PM)
• •Executes Tooling Maintenance activities as well as preventive maintenance of tooling and dies (TND)
• •Internal fabrication (TND)
• •Implements corrective actions to quality and machine performance related issues and provide feedback.
• •Performs repairs and maintenance on equipment including assist preventive/predictive maintenance activities and vice versa.
• •Maintains 5S in all areas.
• •Provides technical support to production line.
• •Logs consistently all repair activities done for all machines.
• •Provides technical information to maintenance related problems in production.
• •Follows the standard operating procedures and safety protocol.
• •Performs tools upkeep.
• •Reports issues and concerns affecting machine uptime and the quality of product
• •Implements/Contributes ideas for continuous improvement.
• •Performs other related duties that may be assigned by the immediate or next immediate supervisor.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• •Pursuing a degree in Bachelor of Engineering Technology major in Electronics or Electromechanical Technology
• •Has basic understanding of electronic circuits and test methodologies.
• •Experience with test equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers) is a plus.
• •Good technical writing and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
