What You'll Do

Open new business conversations through outbound email, LinkedIn, and cold calling
Research target accounts and map the decision-makers who matter
Book qualified demos and meetings for the sales team
Keep the CRM pipeline clean, current, and healthy
Nurture leads through the sales cycle with consistent follow-up
Build presentations, proposals, and sales collateral
Work alongside marketing, product, and pre-sales on customer engagements
Track market trends, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts
Hit monthly lead generation and business development targets

What We're Looking For

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BMS, BE, or MBA preferred)
Freshers welcome, or up to 2 years in sales, business development, inside sales, or customer success
Excellent spoken and written English
Confidence and poise in conversations with senior professionals
A quick learner who picks up new technology and business concepts fast
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working to targets
Sound analytical and problem-solving ability
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
A collaborative approach in a fast-moving environment
