Key Responsibilities

• •Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
• •Compile, maintain and update sales data and records.
• •Prepare regular sales and management reports.
• •Assist with sales performance tracking, pipeline monitoring and data analysis.
• •Prepare tables, charts, dashboards and presentation materials.
• •Check data accuracy and follow up on missing or inconsistent information.
• •Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain required information.
• •Support ad-hoc reporting and projects as required.

Requirements

• •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics or a related discipline.
• •Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• •Comfortable working with numbers and data. Knowledge of Excel formulas is an advantage.
• •Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
• •Good communication and teamwork skills.
• •Positive attitude, organised and willing to learn.
• •Interested in gaining exposure to the banking and financial services industry.
