  • Unserviceable LLPs owned by customers are stored in an external warehouse without disposition instructions. Despite multiple reminders, some customers have not responded, leading to storage constraints.
  • This project aims to establish a process for clearing unserviceable LLPs, optimizing space utilization in the warehouse.
  • ISP Program Review and Streamlining
  • The ISP program will become a chargeable item in the next FMP contract renewal.
  • This project focuses on reviewing and refining the existing ISP process for greater efficiency.
