To provide administrative support to product and sales team. .

Key Accountabilities

• •Assist project management and timely implementation of new fund launches and registrations, fund modifications and fund mergers/closures under its scope;
• •Assist and co-ordinate the overall new product development process from initial idea generation to the product delivery and to ensure the effective launch and ongoing management of our products;
• •Analyze product trends and understand the distribution dynamics of both onshore and offshore markets;
• •Assist in paper work.

Qualifications & Attributes

• •Diligent and pay attention to details
• •Demonstrated ability to apply AI-driven solutions to streamline business processes and enhance productivity will be highly preferred.
• •Excellent communication skills and team player
• •Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English
• •Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in the fast-moving environment of capital markets
• •Solid PC knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
