• What You'll Be Doing:
• As a key part of the team, you will:
• •Support business decisions by driving financial processes like costing and reporting.
• •Analyze data to help guide strategies for new products and cost-saving projects.
• •Collaborate with teams across the region to ensure cost efficiency and share best practices.
• •Learn on the job while contributing to real projects that impact our global operations.

• What We're Looking For:
• •A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• •Fluency in English and Italian.
• •Strong analytical skills and a love for numbers.
• •Ability to solve problems and adapt in fast-paced environments.
• •Team player with great communication skills.
• •Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and an eye for detail.
