Job Description

  • Title of the Position: Intern for Brand Operations - Shopper Marketing
  • Location: Interlomas
  • Work Hours: Part-time with flexible working hours.
  • Profile: Engineering, Administration, or related fields
  • Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000mxn to 18,000mxn and compensation may vary based on the work schedule you select.
  • Duration: 12-18 months.
  • Qualifications: Graduation date must be between December 2027 and December 2028. English Advanced.

  • About the role:
  • As an Intern in Brand Operations - Shopper Marketing, you will lead brand campaigns aimed at driving growth for customers and consumers. You will gain deep understanding of consumer behavior and retail chains to design effective plans. You will be responsible for generating ideas and executions that create a meaningful impact in the consumer’s mind.

Some of your tasks will be:

  • Lead campaigns for brands to drive growth for the customer and consumer
  • Understand consumers and retail chains to develop strategic plans
  • Generate creative ideas and executions that influence consumer perceptions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement marketing strategies
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements

Job Qualifications

Hard Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel
  • Skilled in PowerPoint
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite .

Soft Skills:

  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving mentality
