Intern HR Executive

Key responsibilities:

• •Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• •Manage HR documentation, maintain accurate employee records, update company policies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• •Handle general activities such as attendance, leave tracking, and updating files.
• •Administer employee benefits programs like health insurance and leave policies.
• •Assist in employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, team-building events, and surveys.
• •Oversee office management, including supplies, facilities, vendor coordination, ensuring smooth operations and an organized workspace.
• •Ensure compliance with labor laws, address employee grievances, and resolve issues to maintain a positive work environment.
• •Safeguard sensitive employee information by maintaining confidentiality and secure storage.

Qualification:

• •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
