Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist in the p repar ation and contribut e to the leasing plan for Bugis Town

Assist the team in the general m arketing of units

Conduct r esearch on the retail mall market

Support any other daily administrative or ad-hoc duties related to leasing as assigned

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Degree i n Real Estate Business or any other related disciplines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

Meticulous and detail - oriented

Basic knowledge of market research methodologies

Ability to multi-task

Creative problem-solving skills
