Create bookings, consolidations, and shipment records in CargoWise One (CW1).

Upload booking requests, carrier confirmations, and supporting documents into CW1.

• •Update the shipment schedule matrix and ensure data accuracy.
• •Monitor shipment status and routing via carrier websites, verify vessel schedule changes and update CW1 accordingly.

Follow up with shippers on cargo readiness and export schedules.

Coordinate schedule changes with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Communicate shipment updates to document teams, overseas agents, sales teams, and customers.

Support general administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
