Number 10 Internship | Be a Playmaker

The Number 10 Internship is our commitment to developing the next generation of leaders in sports and entertainment. Inspired by fútbol’s No. 10, the visionary, creator and playmaker, our interns gain hands-on experience through meaningful projects, cross-functional collaboration and full immersion in the Club’s day-to-day. It’s an opportunity to learn, contribute and make an impact while building your career in the game.

Position Summary: Inter Miami CF is looking for an Intern, Operations support the daily activities required to operate, maintain and service the stadium, training facility and events.

This is a paid, part-time internship within our Number 10 Internship program for the 2027 Sprint Season cohort.

Responsibilities:

• •Assist with stadium and training facility set up and breakdown.
• •Assist with any team operational requests or needs.
• •Assist with facility upkeep
• •Work flexible and varied hours as scheduled, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• •Participate in periodic facility walk throughs.
• •Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• •Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Sports Management, or a related field, or recently graduated from a related program
• •Self-starter who is able to multi-task, learn quickly and work independently and within a team
• •Ability to work non-traditional hours and in various settings
• •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• •Prior operations, events, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• •Bilingual (English and Spanish) fluency is a plus
• •Passion for fútbol is a plus

Schedule : Part-time, fewer than 20 hours per week
