Role Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated intern to support our Payments & Operations team with daily payment processing, transaction tracking, reconciliation, and documentation. The role involves coordinating with Accounts, Payments, and Operations teams, maintaining accurate records, following up on pending transactions, and assisting with operational reports. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets, good communication and coordination skills, and a willingness to learn. Freshers and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• •Assist with daily payment processing and tracking.
• •Maintain payment records and update internal trackers.
• •Coordinate with the Accounts, Payments and Operations teams for pending payments.
• •Assist in checking booking details, invoices and supporting documents.
• •Follow up on pending transactions and help resolve payment-related issues.
• •Support data entry, reconciliation and preparation of reports.
• •Ensure records are accurate and tasks are completed within the given timelines.

Required Skills
