Job Responsibilities

• •Support Accounts Receivable functions and follow up on outstanding tenant accounts.
• •Review and reconcile tenants’ audited sales statements and supporting documents.
• •Maintain accurate tenant sales data in the accounting system.
• •Perform periodic audits of sales records, vouchers, and supporting schedules.
• •Liaise with internal/external teams to resolve documentation discrepancies.
• •Support lease accounting processes, including lease data maintenance and periodic reconciliations
• •Maintain well-organized records to support audit and compliance requirements.
• •Participate in finance projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• •Provide day-to-day business support and assist with assigned finance tasks.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines

Experience

Prior accounting or finance-related experience will be an advantage

Other Prerequisites

• •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Programmes
• •Strong attention to detail with good analytical and organizational skills
• •Good interpersonal and communication skills
• •Team player with a high level of integrity, responsibility with the ability to multi-task
