Our client is a specialist provider of asset services, custody, payments and treasury services. Our client has a processing centre of operational excellence supporting 10 countries across three geographical time zones employing a Global Operating Model to maximise efficiencies across times zones and supports a 24/5 operational capability. The objectives for Malaysia are to enhance the scalability of their global operations, improve service quality via their ‘centres of excellence’ and to implement/leverage standardised processes globally.

To provide administrative support to the COO Team by applying foundational knowledge of key concepts, terminology, and specialized requirements. Responsible for performing well-defined and routine tasks within the designated area of responsibility.

Working Hours : 9am-6pm

What will you do?

• •Assist in conducting Client Profile and transactions reviews and controls.
• •Support process improvements, including streamlining and automation initiatives where applicable.
• •Assist in the preparation of reports or materials for senior stakeholders.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• •Computer Science/Data Science/Business/Finance degree and qualification or related experience
• •Good knowledge of VBA/Macro/Advanced Excel skills
• •Understanding of Core AI/ML concepts
• •Good analytical and strong attention to detail
• •Good communication skills
