What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the processing and management of service and spare parts enquiries and customer orders for internal and external distributors, service partners, and regional customers
- Coordinating with technical specialists to ensure parts quotations, Bills of Materials (BoM), maintenance kits, and tooling recommendations are accurate and aligned with customer requirements
- Collaborating with inventory planning, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to monitor order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery
- Tracking customer orders throughout the Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring efficient execution from order receipt to invoicing and payment collection
- Assisting in the administration and follow-up of spare parts warranty claims, working with internal stakeholders until case closure
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and process effectiveness
- Building strong working relationships with regional stakeholders and contributing to a collaborative, customer-focused team environment
Who we're looking for:
- Undergraduate currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and cultures
- Positive learning attitude, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP (Sales & Distribution module), ERP systems, Incoterms, international shipping, or spare parts supply chain operations will be an advantage
- Able to commit to a full-time six-month internship
- Able to work from our Tukang (Jurong), Singapore office
Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference. We’ll expect that of you, too.
What we offer:
- Meaningful work from day one, with the support to help you succeed
- A culture that invests in your personal and professional development
- The chance to grow your skills while working on real projects in a global company
- Exposure to end-to-end business processes including customer order management, logistics, inventory planning, finance, and technical support
Join us and help create the technologies that will shape tomorrow. If you're ready to learn, grow and make a lasting difference from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
