Your tasks?

• •As an intern (m/f/d/x) in the Workplace & Office Management unit, you will support our team in incoming goods, including customs clearance, parcel acceptance and shipping.
• •Your Tasks will include support in fleet management and in the creation, description and optimization of processes.
• •You will gain insights into facility management and actively shape space planning, workplaces and the administration and maintenance of our buildings.
• •In addition, you will support us in commissioning and controlling service providers as well as in the organization and moderation of appointments and meetings.
• •If required, you will also be involved in cross-team issues of our Governance & Business Services business unit.

• •You are an enrolled student (m/f/d/x) in the unit of real estate management, business administration or a comparable course of study and are looking for an internship from the summer semester 2027 onwards in which you can apply and deepen your theoretical knowledge in practice.
• •You are characterized by fast induction, a willingness to take responsibility, reliability, solution-oriented Work and empathetic communication.
• •You would like to work on site together with your colleagues in the office in Ulm and would like to actively support the team with your hands-on mentality.
• •Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
