Compensation: $18.00 to $32.00 Per Flat Rate Hr. | Experience-based

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Weekends Off!

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• •Perform multi-point inspections and all phases of vehicle reconditioning
• •Diagnose, repair, and maintain pre-owned inventory to dealership standards
• •Collaborate closely with service advisors and sales teams
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• •Stay current with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices

Qualifications:

• •ASE Accredited Preferred But Not Required
• •All skill levels considered
• •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• •Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
• •Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement
