  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen zur Weiterentwicklung des betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements
  • Koordination externer Dienstleister und Gesundheitspartner einschließlich Lieferantensteuerung und Rechnungskontrolle
  • Beratung von Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden zu Gesundheitsmanagement, Prävention und gesundheitsfördernden Maßnahmen
  • Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Gesundheitsprogrammen
  • Analyse von Gesundheitskennzahlen sowie Ableitung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Organisation und Administration von Workshops, Schulungen und Gesundheitsveranstaltungen
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting zur Wirksamkeit der Maßnahmen
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Gesundheitsmanagement, Gesundheitswissenschaften, Public Health, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement, Gesundheitswesen, Personalumfeld oder Projektmanagement
  • Kenntnisse in Gesundheitsförderung, Prävention, Datenanalyse und Dienstleistersteuerung
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Kommunikationstools
  • Eigeninitiative, Überzeugungskraft sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
