Job Description – Accounts & Finance

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance professional to join our team and manage day-to-day accounting operations while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• •Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• •Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and monthly/quarterly financial reports.
• •Ensure timely and accurate compliance with TDS and other applicable statutory requirements.
• •Perform regular bank, ledger, and account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• •Manage payroll accounting, employee expenses, and expense tracking.
• •Assist with internal and external audits, including preparation of required schedules and supporting documents.
• •Ensure timely month-end and year-end closure of books of accounts.
• •Monitor financial transactions and ensure accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation.
• •Identify opportunities for process improvements and better financial controls.
• •Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, budgeting, and business requirements.
• •Maintain proper accounting records and ensure adherence to company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• •Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• •Relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.
• •Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• •Hands-on knowledge of TDS and statutory compliances.
• •Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting/ERP software.
• •Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
• •Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• •Good communication and coordination skills.
• •Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
