Ihre Aufgaben:

  • die Steuerung und Nachverfolgung von Reparaturaufträgen
  • die Sicherstellung von Liefer- und Qualitätszielen
  • die Kommunikation mit Kunden über Auftragsfortschritte
  • die Analyse und das Reporting von Leistungskennzahlen
  • die Koordination von Reparatur-, Logistik- und Ersatzteilprozessen
  • die enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern
  • die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Kundenverpflichtungen

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

  • eine technische oder kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Aufstiegsweiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder Betriebswirt (m/w/d)
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung in Luftfahrt, Logistik, Supply Chain oder Instandhaltung
  • Kenntnisse moderner ERP-Systeme, insbesondere SAP
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
