As an Internal Sales Team Member, you play a vital role in keeping our customers moving. You’ll be the key link between our products and our customers — ensuring smooth order processing, delivering excellent service, and building long-term relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• •Processing customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
• •Responding to product, pricing, stock, delivery, and account enquiries
• •Building strong, lasting customer relationships
• •Assisting with pick packing to support timely deliveries
• •Supporting the wider branch team to achieve shared goals

What We’re Looking For

• •Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred but not essential)
• •Strong communication skills — both verbal and written
• •Intermediate computer skills and the ability to multitask
• •A proactive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
