Internal Sales Snr

We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join our Malaga team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with sales or customer-service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will work closely with customers and the wider branch team to provide responsive, accurate service and support business growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Processing customer orders via phone and email accurately and efficiently
• •Responding to product, pricing, stock, delivery, and account enquiries
• •Building strong, lasting customer relationships
• •Assisting with pick packing to support timely deliveries
• •Supporting the wider branch team to achieve shared goals

Skills and experience:

To be successful, you will bring:

• •Proven customer service, sales or warehouse experience
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Intermediate computer skills and confidence learning new systems
• •The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
• •A proactive, reliable and team-oriented approach
• •A mechanical aptitude or knowledge of bearings and power transmission products is advantageous, but not essential
