Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich im Bereich Export -Customer Service
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der telefonischen Beratung
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohes persönliches Engagement, selbständige Arbeitsweise

I hre Aufgaben:

  • Erfassen von Kundenaufträge
  • Kundenberatung; Customer Service
  • Bearbeitung von Zollvorgängen
  • Angebotserstellung und Nachverfolgung
  • Kundenspezifische Dokumentationen
  • Ansprechpartner für internationale Kunden bei Service- und Supportanfragen
