  • Auftragseingang wird von Ihnen abgewickelt
  • Sie arbeiten mit einem Ticketsystem
  • Angebote und Exportdokumente erstellen \(Maschinen, Ersatzteile etc.\)
  • Sie supporten den Inhouse Sales Manager
  • Ansprechpartner für die Terminverfolgung

  • Im Auftrag eines internationalen Chemieunternehmens suchen wir motivierte Customer-Service-Mitarbeiter:innen. Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Kunden und sorgen dafür, dass Anfragen schnell und professionell bearbeitet werden.
  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Über gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • MS-Office & SAP-Kenntnisse
  • Sie sind kommunikations- und überzeugungsfähig
