International Mobilization Coach
FULL TIME - South Thailand, Thailand
Position Title: International Mobilization Coach
Department : LGI
Reports to: South Thailand Team Leader
This position is: Full Time; Exempt, Support-raised
International Mobilization Coaches work as part of a team to mobilize national believers to reach the unreached with the gospel in their nation and region of the world. The primary way of doing this is through equipping and training national believers to make disciples and plant churches in simple and reproducible ways that are appropriate to the context. International Mobilization Coaches will use best practices from church planting movements (CPM) to train and coach national believers to multiply.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Mobilization Ministry
Cast vision to national believers for the Great Commission, multiplication, and CPM
Model evangelism and disciple-making with national believers
Mobilize, train, and coach national believers in mindsets, methodologies, and tools that align with CPM/UPG.
Actively learn CPM tools and best practices and consult with CPM practitioners to inform team strategy and approach.
Form national believers into disciple-making teams and coach national leaders to lead those DMTs effectively.
Team
Attend and contribute to regular team meetings
Share ideas, convictions, and encouragement with your team
Contribute to or lead when assigned various projects as a part of overall team strategy
Personal
Live with a passion for God, a desire to know Him intimately, a willingness to follow His leading, and an ongoing commitment to grow in character, leadership, and ministry skills.
Maintain your own physical, mental, and emotional health.
Develop and maintain a network of ministry partners who pray, support, and encourage me and my ministry.
Manage personal visa responsibilities
Language and Culture
Learn the local language to the level of fluency required to understand the local culture and worldview.
Be an active learner of the culture.
LG Organizational Responsibilities
Prioritize regular rhythms of rest (a weekly sabbath, days off, and a monthly Day of Prayer and Evaluation)
Create a Personal Development Plan (PDP) each year with assistance from your supervisor.
Attend Launch Global conferences and retreats to engage with staff.
Be accountable to your supervisor through regular communication and reporting.
Receive coaching and input from your supervisor.
Complete the required training and necessary administration tasks, as required by LG or your supervisor.

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Participate in a child safety training program upon hire and other similar employment-related requirements.
