Green School Bali is looking for a passionate Primary Teacher to join our Primary School Learning Neighborhood. In this role, you will create joyful, inclusive, and inquiry-driven learning experiences that support children’s holistic development while nurturing their connection to themselves, their community, and the natural world. Working collaboratively with co-teachers, teaching assistants, and families, you will use differentiated and regenerative approaches to empower young learners to become confident, caring, and active contributors to a regenerative future.

What You Will Do:

Support Social & Emotional Well-Being (25%): Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom culture grounded in empathy, care, and mutual respect. Support children’s social-emotional development through consistent routines, co-regulation, reflection, and self-expression, while embedding Green School’s IRESPECT values and Regenerative Educational Principles into daily learning and relationships. Use restorative practices to support positive behavior, self-awareness, and accountability, and collaborate with colleagues, families, Learning Support, and Counseling teams to promote each child’s holistic wellbeing and development.

Curriculum Design, Collaboration, and Assessment (25%): Plan and deliver a transdisciplinary, regenerative curriculum that integrates skills, values, and wellbeing into meaningful learning experiences. Collaborate with the teaching team to design and adapt integrated units aligned with the BiRD Lab and 4S frameworks, using authentic assessment, student learning documentation, and ongoing reflection to respond to students’ interests and developmental needs.

Community and Family Engagement (5% ): Build positive relationships with families and the wider school community by communicating learning progress, contributing to community events, and fostering an inclusive sense of belonging. Champion Green School’s values of cultural awareness, sustainability, regeneration, and community connection.

Professional Growth and Contribution (5%) : Engage in ongoing professional learning and reflection to strengthen teaching practice and deepen understanding of regenerative education and early childhood pedagogy. Actively contribute to team collaboration, professional learning, and continuous improvement across the Early Years and wider school community.

Who We Are Looking For:

Experience : Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, preferably in Primary or Early Years settings, with experience in differentiated, transdisciplinary, inquiry-driven, or project-based learning. Experience integrating social-emotional learning, restorative practices, and collaborative team planning is preferred.

Skills : Strong skills in differentiating instruction, designing engaging learning experiences, and supporting diverse learners. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with familiarity with regenerative education, the BiRD Lab approach, and 4S Model considered an advantage.
