- Lifecycle & Operations Management: Establish operational frameworks governing new product introductions (NPI), on-market portfolio maintenance, and end-of-life obsolescence strategies; own comprehensive commercial success across the entire product lifecycle.
- Business & Demand Forecasting: Lead business case evaluations, prepare and monitor international marketing budgets, and drive demand forecasting for optimized resource allocation and commercial impact.
- Global Commercial Enablement: Design and implement global training frameworks, field guides, marketing collateral, and sales tools (brochures, technical manuals, branding guidelines, congress materials, digital platforms, and standalone customer engagement activities) to equip commercial teams and affiliates for diverse market engagements.
- Cross-Affiliate Alignment: Partner with international affiliates and downstream marketing to localize messaging, positioning strategies, and commercial execution; implement global marketing strategy in collaboration with regional partners; provide substantial technical commercial support and guidance on portfolio strategy and customer interactions.
- Competitive & Market Intelligence: Track emerging NGS methodologies, monitor vendor landscapes, conduct competitive benchmarking, and identify portfolio gaps and commercial opportunities; initiate and synthesize appropriate market research to inform strategy.
- Customer-Centric Innovation: Cultivate and develop key opinion leaders, product advocates, and speaker networks through affiliate collaboration; lead partnership activities with early users and collaborators on scientific, technical, and clinical areas; synthesize field intelligence and customer insights to continuously refine product messaging and drive platform adoption.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with R&D, bioinformatics, commercial teams, finance, and operations to ensure technical specifications match customer expectations and broader corporate goals; plan and contribute to International Business Team (IBT) meetings; lead and motivate cross-functional stakeholders toward shared strategic objectives.
- Brand & Positioning Leadership: Develop key messages, drive product positioning and branding strategy, and lead the branding development and evolution process to ensure consistent, compelling market presence.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Create and foster strong team spirit; serve as product champion; lead with excellence across the system and related teams.

- Broad NGS expertise and product management experience: Strong preference for candidates with comprehensive experience in the NGS space and demonstrated success in new product development, product lifecycle management, or complex product launches.
- Excellent leadership & communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams within a complex global matrix environment; strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
