Αναζητούμε έμπειρο στέλεχος για την ανάληψη της συνολικής ευθύνης του τμήματος Διεθνών Οδικών Μεταφορών , με ισχυρό operational background και αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση διεθνών FTL, LTL και groupage μεταφορών.

  • Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
  • Συνολική ευθύνη για την καθημερινή λειτουργία του τμήματος Διεθνών Οδικών Μεταφορών.
  • Διαχείριση διεθνών FTL, LTL, groupage και express / dedicated transports .
  • Οργάνωση και παρακολούθηση εισαγωγών και εξαγωγών από/προς ευρωπαϊκές αγορές.
  • Καθημερινός συντονισμός φορτώσεων, παραδόσεων, transits και διαθέσιμου μεταφορικού έργου.
  • Άμεση διαχείριση operational προβλημάτων, καθυστερήσεων, claims και έκτακτων περιστατικών.
  • Διαχείριση και ανάπτυξη δικτύου συνεργαζόμενων μεταφορέων και ευρωπαϊκών partners.
  • Διαπραγμάτευση ναύλων και εμπορικών όρων με carriers και subcontractors.
  • Εξασφάλιση ανταγωνιστικού buying rate και ελέγχου του transport cost.
  • Προετοιμασία και έλεγχος quotations για υφιστάμενους και νέους πελάτες.
  • Παρακολούθηση profitability ανά πελάτη, trade lane και shipment.
  • Έλεγχος margins και ενεργή παρέμβαση όπου εντοπίζεται χαμηλή ή αρνητική κερδοφορία.
  • Διαχείριση σημαντικών πελατών και προσωπική εμπλοκή σε απαιτητικά ή στρατηγικά accounts.
  • Ανάπτυξη νέων transport solutions και νέων trade lanes.
  • Συνεργασία με Sales για tenders, RFQs και νέες εμπορικές ευκαιρίες.
  • Καθοδήγηση, εκπαίδευση και καθημερινή υποστήριξη της operational ομάδας.
  • Καθορισμός διαδικασιών και standards λειτουργίας του τμήματος.
  • Παρακολούθηση KPIs σχετικά με service level, profitability, delays, claims και carrier performance.
  • Απαραίτητη Εμπειρία
  • Πολυετής επαγγελματική εμπειρία στις διεθνείς οδικές μεταφορές, κατά προτίμηση 8–15+ έτη .
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε freight forwarder, logistics provider ή διεθνή εταιρεία μεταφορών.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του ευρωπαϊκού road freight market.
  • Ισχυρή εμπειρία σε FTL και LTL/groupage.
  • Αποδεδειγμένο δίκτυο και γνώση ευρωπαϊκών carriers και transport partners.
  • Εμπειρία σε carrier procurement και διαπραγμάτευση ναύλων.
  • Ισχυρή γνώση transport costing και pricing.
  • Κατανόηση contribution margin / gross profit ανά shipment και customer.
  • Εμπειρία στη διαχείριση σημαντικών πελατών.
  • Εμπειρία στη διοίκηση ή καθοδήγηση operational ομάδας.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
  • Καλή γνώση TMS / ERP και MS Office, ιδιαίτερα Excel.
