This is an opportunity to support and expand the US Export Controls, Tariffs, and CFIUS practice. This position is temporary, part-time and non-exempt with hours not exceeding 20 hours per week. Candidates must possess fluency in written and spoken Mandarin Chinese. Experience in export controls administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security and Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and matters within the jurisdiction of U.S. Customs and Border Protection is beneficial. Additional subject matter experience with economic sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control and/or trade remedy investigations under U.S. antidumping and countervailing duty and safeguard laws is preferred but not required.
