These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a business application consulting generalist at PwC, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support.

Key Responsibilities

• •Conduct end-to-end IT evaluations, including in-depth reviews of:
• •IT Architecture and Infrastructure
• •System Performance and Resiliency
• •IT Operating Model
• •Cybersecurity Posture and Risk Assessment
• •Data Management and Protection
• •Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans
• •Technology Risk Identification and Mitigation

• •Develop detailed findings and recommendations, encompassing:
• •Risk scoring and prioritization
• •Mitigation strategies and follow-up plans
• •Capital Expenditure (Capex) and Operational Expenditure (Opex) requirements
• •Post-investment enhancement priorities to optimize IT assets and capabilities

Qualifications and Experience

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline with a strong foundation in Information Technology
• •Proven experience in IT domains including application and data management, technology operations, business continuity, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and technology risk management
• •Prior involvement in IT assessments or due diligence projects is highly desirable
