Internship - Environmental, Health and Safety Analyst - M&A Team

We are looking for an Intern to join our M&A team supporting environmental, health & safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) due diligence projects.

Key tasks:

• •Assist in the execution of environmental and health and safety due diligence assessments
• •Support the preparation of commercial proposals for M&A due diligence projects
• •Contribute to analyses related to EU Taxonomy alignment and ESG criteria
• •Support data collection, document review, and preparation of technical reports and deliverables
• •Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements:

• •Academic background in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering (or related fields), Health & Safety, Law.
• •Basic knowledge of environmental and/or occupational health & safety topics
• •Interest in EHS regulations, ESG and sustainability consulting
• •Strong analytical and organizational skills
• •Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
