During this internship or graduation project, you will tackle this challenge by designing a practical and scalable capability maturity framework. You will research best practices, engage with international stakeholders, and pilot assessment methodologies across various service teams. By analyzing pilot results and mapping skill gaps, you will deliver actionable recommendations that empower leaders to make data-driven decisions on training investments and workforce readiness.

Our team drives organizational performance, workforce growth, and operational readiness across Vanderlande’s global Distribution Service network. We operate across four key areas: Service Operations & Support, Capability Management, Service Development, and Strategic Programs & Governance.

You will work in an international, supportive, and dynamic environment, collaborating with regional service organizations, operational leaders, digital solution experts, and training specialists worldwide. In this role, you will combine research, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis to directly influence how Vanderlande builds capabilities for long-term success.
