INTERNSHIP : HR Recruitment Intern

Duration: 6 Months (Internship) May have chance for full time

Work Mode: WFO, Baner, Pune

Work Time: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Stipend: Provided+Incentive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Intern to support technical talent sourcing and internal HR coordination. This is a 6-month internship focused primarily on candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting for open technical roles, as well as day-to-day recruitment administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Sourcing & Screening

• •Source candidates for open technical positions using job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, and other channels
• •Screen resumes against job requirements and shortlist candidates based on relevance, experience, and salary fit
• •Maintain and update candidate trackers/pipelines accurately

Coordination & Internal Support

• •Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring panels
• •Support offer management and onboarding documentation as needed
• •Assist with internal HR coordination tasks and recruitment reporting

Requirements

• •Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills — mandatory
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sourcing pipelines simultaneously
• •Comfortable working in a fast-paced IT environment
• •Prior exposure to job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn) is a plus, but not mandatory
• •Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
