JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• •Support UAT and product testing activities across web, mobile app, and set-top box platforms
• •Draft and localise FAQs, training materials (TTT), and GTM collaterals
• •Design, review, and document customer journeys
• •Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• •Assist in preparing product strategy decks and presentations
• •Analyse data and derive insights for product and customer experience improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

• •Undergraduate pursuing Business, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• •Highly proficient in English and Malay
• •Familiarity with AI tools and prompting techniques
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Interest and/or exposure to UI/UX concepts
• •Proficient in data analysis and interpretation
• •Demonstrated interest in product management and digital businesses
• •Interest in the entertainment and content streaming industry
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
