Description:

Saint Francis Hospital , a leader in advanced interventional and neurointerventional care, is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our high-performing IR team. You will play a vital role in supporting physicians in a broad range of image-guided procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• •Scrub and assist with a variety of interventional and neurointerventional radiology procedures, including:
• •Trauma and emergent embolization
• •PE and DVT interventions
• •Venous reconstructions
• •Oncology procedures including Y90 and ablations
• •Dialysis interventions
• •Biliary interventions
• •Pain interventions
• •Acute stroke thrombectomy
• •Aneurysm treatment
• •MMA embolization
• •Carotid artery stenting

• •Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies
• •Procedural and imaging documentation

Technology & Equipment

• •Siemens angiography suites
• •Philips ultrasounds
• •EPIC EMR
• •Visage PACS
• •SpaceTrax inventory management system

Schedule & Benefits

Full-time, Monday–Friday

Call required (with premium pay)

Medical, dental, and vision insurance starting day one

Qualifications

Required:

• •Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (Associate’s degree)
• •ARRT certification
• •Connecticut Radiographer License

Preferred:

• •Previous experience scrubbing or assisting in IR cases
• •ARRT (VI) Vascular-Interventional certification (or willingness to obtain)
