Wir, das Markt-und Sozialforschungsinstitut USUMA GmbH, suchen in allen Altersgruppen ab 18 Jahren Interviewer:innen für Unternehmensbefragungen als freie Mitarbeiter:innen (auch nebenberuflich) auf Honorarbasis.

  • Die Tätigkeit erfolgt dabei zeitlich flexibel von zu Hause aus oder im
  • Telefonstudio in Berlin und eignet sich auch für Student:innen,
  • Freiberufler:innen und Ruheständler.

Aufgaben

Was sind Ihre Aufgaben?

  • Sie führen telefonische Interviews mit verschiedenen Unternehmen zu
  • unterschiedlichen Fragestellungen (z.B. Zufriedenheitsstudien, Branchentrends,
  • Marktpositionierung) durch und erhalten Einblicke in aktuelle Themen!

Qualifikation

Erfahrung in der Durchführung von telefonischen Befragungen oder im Call-Center-Umfeld (Kaltaquise)

Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und eine klare, freundliche Telefonstimme

Sicherer Umgang mit Computern

Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit bei der Einhaltung von Vorgaben und Terminen

Fähigkeit, selbstständig und zielorientiert zu arbeiten

mindestens 18 Jahre alt
