Job Details:

Job Summary: Entry-level clerical support role in a warehouse environment. Focused on basic data entry, filing, and document handling. Performs routine warehouse clerical tasks independently, with awareness of shipping/receiving workflows.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Counts, sorts, or weighs incoming/outgoing articles to verify receipts/shipment of items on requisition or invoices.
• •Examines stock to verify conformance to specifications.
• •Stores articles in bins, on floor, or on shelves according to identifying information such as style, size or type of material.
• •Fills orders or issues supplies from stock.
• •Prepares periodic, special or perpetual inventory of stock.
• •Requisitions articles to fill incoming orders.
• •Marks identifying codes, figures, or letters and articles.
• •Distributes stock among production workers, keeping records of material issued.
• •Determines methods of storage, identification and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space.
• •Cuts stock to size to fill order.
• •Moves or transports material or suppliers to other departments.
• •Maintains inventory and other stock records.
• •Assists in training lower level clerks.
• •Performs cycle counts as directed.
• •Forklift duties may be required.
• •Operate company vehicles as required.
• •Communicate with internal and external customers vis emails, phone, etc
• •Manage ERP systems (Metrix, ServiceNow)
• •Minimum Job Requirements:
• •Works under close supervision for new tasks, but independently for routine work. Participates in team meetings and assists peers with system tasks.1-2 years warehouse or clerical experience; basic ERP or WMS (SAP) knowledge
• •Must be able to lift 50 pounds.

Cubic Pay Range:

$19.00 - $21.00 + benefits. ‎

The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
