Inventory Control Technician

First Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Join our team and play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly! In this fast-paced position, you'll maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting, claims management, and inventory administration. You'll help ensure products are received, stored, tracked, and shipped efficiently while managing shipping supplies and equipment to support daily operations. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized team player who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

Join a fast-paced cold storage team where you'll help drive inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• •Perform cycle counts, inventory audits, and investigate inventory discrepancies, errors, and OS&D issues.
• •Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, and receiving records using Microsoft Office Suite.
• •Partner directly with Customer Care and customers to resolve inventory and shipment inquiries.
• •Operate warehouse equipment including Cherry Pickers and Turret Trucks.
• •Verify product locations, pallet IDs, and shipping information to ensure accuracy.
• •Support daily operations in a freezer environment, spending 60% or more of your shift in temperatures as low as -20°F , depending on business needs.

What We're Looking For

• •Inventory control and cycle count experience required.
• •Cherry Picker and Turret Truck experience preferred.
• •Comfortable working at heights.
• •Experience tracking inventory errors and claims.
• •Strong communication and customer service skills.
• •Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• •Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly preferred.
• •Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Pay Range:$19.18 - $32.40
