Die Fa. Dornick, einer der namhaftesten unabhängigen Inventurdienstleister in Deutschland, zählt mit weit mehr als 5000 durchgeführten Inventuren pro Jahr zu den absoluten Marktführern. Mit aktuell mehreren hundert geschulten Mitarbeitern, verteilt auf bundesweit 15 Standorten, betreuen wir mehrere Einsatzorte.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

*eine/n Teamleiter/in (m/w/d) *

zur Organisation und Durchführung der Inventuren bei unseren Auftraggebern.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Organisation und Durchführung der Inventuren bei unseren Auftraggebern nach vorliegenden Ablaufplänen
  • Planung der wöchentlichen Einsätze
  • Einteilung der Mitarbeiter bei der Inventurdurchführung
  • Organisation des Inventurablaufs, eigene Mitarbeit und Kontrolle
  • Betreuung der Inventurtechnik und Gewährleistung des ordnungsgemäßen Einsatzes
  • Fahren eines Teambusses (VW-Transporter) zu den jeweiligen Einsätzen unter Mitnahme der Mitarbeiter am Treffpunkt
  • Ansprechpartner für unsere Auftraggeber vor Ort
  • Weisungsgebundene Repräsentation des Arbeitgebers an den jeweiligen Standorten
  • Führen eines Inventurteams (6 bis 10 Mitarbeiter)
  • Sie sollten Deutsch gut sprechen und schreiben können.
  • Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel sowie in der Personalführung sind von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Mögliche Zusatzleistungen sind der Firmenbus sowie die Teamleiterzulage.
