Investigation Specialist II, Flex Investigations and Offboarding

• Amazon Flex Investigation and Offboarding (Flex I&O) is looking for an Investigation Liaison to join our team. The Flex I&O team's mission is to protect the Amazon Flex Brand and Customers by adjudicating Delivery Partner incidents that warrant offboarding after a single offense. This role involves collaborating with Australian partners during legal and arbitration proceedings, gathering comprehensive case data, and ensuring all information is presented accurately and thoroughly.
• The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with excellent research abilities who can gather and synthesize data from multiple sources under tight timelines.

• Key job responsibilities
• •Conduct deep dives into adjudicated Delivery Partner incidents, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings
• •Provide support to arbitration partners by effectively gathering, organizing, and presenting all information related to Flex DP cases
• •Exhibit excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases across multiple data sources
• •Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision
• •Display flexibility by working with different partners and providing support as needed for additional tasks, including reinstatements
• •Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics
• •Maintain detailed documentation of case findings and partner communications for legal and compliance purposes

Basic qualifications

• - 2 years of investigations experience
• - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• - Must be in Good Standing
• - Bilingual - one of (Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, French) with English

Preferred qualifications

• - Experience handling escalations and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment
• - Experience working with legal or arbitration processes
• - Familiarity with WW regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
