Investment Analyst, Capital Markets
Job Description Summary
Are you interested in real estate, investments and working with clients? Join our Capital Markets team in Budapest and start your career in one of the most dynamic areas of commercial real estate.
As an Investment Analyst, you will support senior team members in identifying investment opportunities, meeting clients to understand their requirements, preparing client materials, analysing market information, preparing and referencing property documentation and contributing to business development activities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain exposure to investment transactions, client relationships and capital markets advisory.
No experience is required, albeit it will be considered an advantage. We are looking for a motivated individual with strong analytical skills, commercial curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Support the Capital Markets team in executing investment sales and advisory assignments.
· Research and analyse real estate market trends, transactions, investors and comparable properties.
· Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials, pitches and client reports.
· Maintain databases of market information, transactions and investor activity.
· Support business development through market research, prospect identification and preparation for client outreach.
· Participate in property inspections and client meetings alongside senior team members.
· Coordinate information gathering required for transaction processes.
· Assist with financial analysis and valuation exercises under the guidance of senior colleagues.
· Contribute to investment memoranda and other transaction-related documentation.
· Build knowledge of the Hungarian real estate investment market and broader economic trends.
What We're Looking For
· University degree completed or in progress in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business or a related field.
· Strong interest in commercial real estate, investments and client-facing work.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· An innovative “can do” mindset
· Proactive, commercially minded attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
· Fluent Hungarian and good English, both written and spoken.
