Assist in the day-to-day execution of M&A and capital markets transactions, coordinating closely with internal teams, legal counsel, and clients.

Prepare comprehensive marketing materials, including pitch books, confidential information memoranda (CIMs), management presentations, and board materials.

Conduct in-depth research and strategic analysis on domestic and international energy markets. Monitor commodity price trends, regulatory changes, macro-economic drivers, and competitive landscapes across various sub-sectors.

Manage data rooms and coordinate the due diligence process for active transactions, including the detailed review of technical and financial documents.

Communicate effectively with senior bankers, clients, lawyers, accountants, and other advisors. Participate in client meetings and calls, providing analytical support and taking detailed notes for strategic follow-ups.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline with a strong academic track record.

1–2 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or a closely related transaction advisory field. Prior exposure to the Energy, Infrastructure, or Oil & Gas sectors is highly preferred.
