Einleitung Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes Immobilienberatungsunternehmen mit Standorten in Dresden sowie Berlin und beschäftigen ca. 50 Mitarbeiter in der gesamten Firmengruppe. Seit mehr als 30 Jahren betreuen wir deutschlandweit private und gewerbliche Kunden in der Vermarktung von Investments im Bereich Zinshäuser, Wohnanlagen sowie Bürokomplexen und Geschäftshäusern. Unser Leistungsprofil umfasst außerdem den Immobilien- und Grundstücksverkauf an Selbstnutzer, gewerbliche Vermietungen sowie Property- und Asset-Management. Ihre Aufgaben Gewinnung und Betreuung von Klienten aus den vielfältigsten Sparten: Privatinvestoren, Family-Offices, Immobiliengesellschaften und -fonds sowie Projektentwickler erfolgreiche und nachhaltige Vermarktung aller Asset-Klassen wie Zinshäuser, Wohnanlagen und -portfolien, Gewerbeimmobilien sowie Entwicklungsprojekten in regionalen und überregionalen Lagen vollumfängliche Begleitung unserer Klienten im gesamten Transaktionsprozess - von der Besichtigung bis hin zum Notartermin Durchführung von Markt- und Objektanalysen sowie Immobilienbewertungen ständige Marktbeobachtung und Pflege des Kundennetzwerkes Ihr Profil mind. 2-jährige immobilienwirtschaftliche Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sehr gute Kenntnisse des lokalen/überregionalen Immobilienmarkts mit entsprechendem Netzwerk Kommunikationsvermögen hohe Vertriebsaffinität und Abschlusssicherheit Arbeitsstil, welcher durch Ausdauer, Kundenorientierung, Strukturiertheit und hohe Eigeninitiative geprägt ist Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Wir bieten ein faires und offenes Team exklusives Büro in bester und zentraler Lage dynamische Unternehmenskultur mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und Freiräume für Ideen Möglichkeiten für Weiterbildung und fachliche Entwicklung ansprechendes Gehaltspaket interessante u. abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in einer wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe Möglichkeit eines Firmenwagens, auch zur privaten Nutzung
