Who you are:

As an Investment Operations Supervisor with Frost Investment Services, you are our leader, You will manage a team of investment operations professionals . You will act as a source of knowledge and point of escalation for questions regarding operations . Our supervisors have a genuine care for people and enjoy developing people and do it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

Ensure that all investment transactions are processed accurately and efficiently

Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues in investment operations

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that investment operations align with overall company goals

Develop and implement procedures and controls to maintain the integrity of investment data

Provide guidance and training to team members to improve their skills and performance

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth operation of the department

Stay informed of industry developments and regulations to ensure compliance

Always take action using Integrity, Caring and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

4+ years of experience in Investment operations

Excellent organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
