### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung der Schichten bei der Durchführung von Reparaturen und Einstellungen an den Maschinen
  • Sicherung des Qualitätsstandards unter Einhaltung der vorgegebenen Umbaudaten
  • Wartung und Reparatur von IS-Maschinen
  • Überprüfung, Optimierung sowie Weiterentwicklung von technischen Abläufen
  • Erkennen und Beheben von Fehlern, Störungen und Problemen sowie Einleitung von Fehleranalysen und Abstellmaßnahmen
  • Führen von Fehler- und Ausfallprotokollen, Wartungs- und Reparaturnachweisen
  • Führen eines Arbeitsnachweises
  • Kontrolle und Erhalt von Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie Überprüfung der Arbeitssicherheit im Verantwortungsbereich

### Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise als Industriemechaniker, Verfahrensmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, die in mehrjähriger Praxis erworben wurde
  • hohes technisches Sachverständnis sowie Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Mechanik, Pneumatik und Hydraulik
  • Schweißkenntnisse E-Grund
  • Staplerschein
  • EDV-Kenntnisse
  • eigenverantwortliche, ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Wahrnehmung von Wochenend- und Bereitschaftsdiensten sowie Schichtarbeit
