Position Overview:

ISA Foods is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual to serve as Corporate Services Representative in Medellín. This position will be responsible for supporting the efficient operation of the office, addressing the needs of employees and visitors, coordinating vendors and administrative activities, and contributing to the implementation, documentation, and monitoring of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST).

The position will work cross-functionally with different departments and external vendors. This position is offered under a one-year fixed-term employment contract.

Essential Responsibilities:

Include, but are not limited to:

Coordinate the daily operations of the office, ensuring that workspaces, meeting rooms, common areas, and general services function properly and are available to employees and visitors.

Manage inventories of office supplies and equipment, correspondence, courier services, and related administrative documentation.

Coordinate facility-related vendors, including cleaning, maintenance, and other contracted services, ensuring service quality and compliance.

Provide professional support to employees, visitors, and business partners, delivering a positive and service-oriented experience.

Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workstations, access credentials, welcome kits, and collaboration with Human Resources and Technology.

Organize meetings, executive visits, training sessions, corporate events, and other internal activities.

Provide administrative and coordination support for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST), including documentation, inspections, risk prevention initiatives, emergency preparedness, and compliance with Colombian regulations.

Maintain compliance and audit records, support internal and external audits, and participate in cross-functional projects and other business-related initiatives.

Essential Skills:

Excellent organizational, planning, and attention-to-detail skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with employees, vendors, and visitors.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and coordinate with external service providers.

High level of responsibility, professionalism, and discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Willingness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Education and Experience:

Professional or technical degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Administrative Management, or a related field.

One to three years of experience in office administration, corporate services, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or similar administrative roles.

Basic knowledge of or experience supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SG-SST).

Work experience in multinational companies or corporate environments is considered an advantage.

Contract type:

One-year fixed-term employment contract.

Language Requirements:

English proficiency is required, as this is a multinational company headquartered in the United States. English skills will be assessed during the interview process.
